Rosa Perez: Water Resource Field Specialist I
Rosa joins the Watershed Progressive team following her time working hard in the California Conservation Corps. After exploring the world of trail-building and hiking, she decided to further her interests and learn about native California plants by working in a nursery. There she learned about a variety of native plants crucial to her local riparian ecosystems. Since having left the corps, Rosa finds herself working on making a difference in local communities. She gets to transform lawns into more inclusive habitat for varying species throughout southern California. When not on the job, Rosa enjoys her Four P’s: Pizza, Poke, Peakbagging, & Photography.
